Alcuin backed the original buyout of ITI from Servelec Group in December 2018. Since Alcuin’s investment, ITI has focussed on expanding its technology solutions within mission-critical control, monitoring and energy transition markets. The business continues to grow both domestically and internationally.
As part of this strategy ITI has also acquired a leading player in simulation and digital-twinning technology, and another niche specialist in smart factory systems. The combined group has established itself as a trusted strategic partner to its multinational, blue-chip client base.
